Easy to find from the autobahn in the north of Dusseldorf. Near Altstadt bars and restaurants.
HPC is in the tiefgarage. Access is €2/h or €25/overnight.
When I arrived the space was ICEd. It is not marked for EVs so this is likely to be common. The hotel has no record of guests' cars so it was impossible for the hotel staff to call the ICE driver. The best I could do was a note on the window. You cannot rely on availability for a quick stop.
